1 General Terms & Conditions

Bije (bije.vu) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Bije and its members. By browsing the Bije website, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been published in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. The English version shall prevail in any legal interpretation. Bije reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated on the website.

2 Account Register

Registering an account with Bije requires accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may open one account only.
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or without their consent is prohibited.
• If you experience any issues with your account, contact Bije support immediately.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Bije's services are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. Bije may verify your age and identity at the point of registration or before processing a withdrawal. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC).

Documents typically required for KYC:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent photo (ID with selfie)
• Proof of address (e.g. utility bill)

Incomplete KYC verification may delay or block the withdrawal process. We recommend preparing the required documents in advance.

4 Deposit Rules

Deposits on Bije can be made via mobile banking, net banking, debit/credit cards, and approved digital wallets. All deposits are credited directly to your Bije account.

• The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a deposit fails, please contact your bank or mobile banking support directly.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Certain conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings from Bije. These steps are in place to keep our members' funds fully secure.

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals can generally only be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 2 to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Gaming Rules & Policies

All games on Bije use third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring every outcome is entirely random and fair. No artificial manipulation of any game result is possible.

• In the event of a dispute over a game result, Bije's technical records shall serve as the final authority.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, your game progress is generally saved.
• In Sports Betting, cancelled matches result in a full refund of the wager.
• Bije may impose betting limits in certain circumstances.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Bije's services:

• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Using another person's account or renting out your account.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or probe vulnerabilities in Bije's systems.
• Cheating or defrauding other members.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Bije may close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations. Members may also close their own account upon request.

• Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed (exceptions apply in cases of rule violations).
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, Bije will activate it within 24 hours.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after 12 months.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bije is not liable for any losses or winnings arising from gaming activity. Gaming always carries financial risk. Bije accepts no responsibility for losses caused by technical issues, network failures, or third-party problems.

Any disputes should first be raised with Bije support for resolution. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the relevant legal authority.

11 Responsible Gaming
